Affordability & Living Standards: As an economist and Realtor, David sees the gap between housing costs and local wages widening every day. He will work to establish a South Carolina minimum wage that reflects the modern cost of living and advocate for attainable housing, ensuring that those who work in our district can afford to live and raise their families here.
Economic Accountability & Tax Reform: David will leverage his business and real estate background to ensure your tax dollars are spent with transparency and a focus on long-term results. He is committed to working toward a fairer tax structure that protects homeowners and supports local growth.
Strengthening Families & Community Health: David believes a prosperous state starts with healthy families. He will work to provide better mental health care, invest in programs that support fathers and stable households, and protect women’s reproductive rights to ensure every citizen has the autonomy and support they need to thrive.
